- 1 oz VeeV® Açaí Spirit
- 1 oz Diamond sake
- Splash of organic apple juice
- Splash of simple syrup
- 2 ¼ inch slices of peeled kiwi
- Splash of soda
Glass Type: Collins Glass
Asian Twist on the Collins (sugar & kiwi are sweet & sour, & vodka & sake take place of gin)
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Pour strained over ice. Garnish with 1/4 inch slice of peeled kiwi.
